Reallysick.sg is managed by See Dr Pte. Ltd, which is licensed by the Ministry of Health (MOH) to provide teleconsultations in Singapore.

Reallysick.sg is operated by See-Dr Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202306194K), a company incorporated in Singapore. The service holds MOH Licence No. R/26M2285/MDS/001/262 to provide outpatient medical service remotely under the Healthcare Services Act 2020, and consultations are conducted by doctors registered with the Singapore Medical Council.

Licence status can be verified independently on MOH's public register of licensed healthcare services, and a doctor's registration can be checked on the Singapore Medical Council's register of medical practitioners.

There is no single best telemedicine provider, because suitability depends on what care you need. Useful criteria are: whether the provider is licensed by MOH for telemedicine, whether consultations are conducted by video with an SMC-registered doctor, whether the provider manages your specific condition, and whether it supports chronic disease management or subsidy schemes you rely on.

Reallysick.sg (See-Dr Pte. Ltd., MOH Licence No. R/26M2285/MDS/001/262) provides video teleconsultations for acute, uncomplicated conditions. It does not provide chronic disease management and is not enrolled in the Chronic Disease Management Programme, so patients requiring ongoing chronic care should consult a provider that offers it.

Telemedicine in Singapore is regulated rather than "approved". Providers delivering outpatient medical service remotely must hold a licence from MOH under the Healthcare Services Act 2020, which replaced the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act in December 2023, and the doctors conducting consultations must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council.

In November 2024, MOH issued a joint circular setting out professional standards for telemedicine services, covering clinical assessment, prescribing, the issuing of medical certificates, record-keeping and advertising. Among other requirements, teleconsultations must not be delivered solely through self-service text-only questionnaires.

MOH does not endorse individual providers, but you can verify that a provider is licensed on MOH's public register.

Under Singapore's Healthcare Services (Advertisement) Regulations, licensed healthcare providers may not reproduce patient reviews, testimonials or endorsements on their own website or social media, so we do not publish reviews or ratings here. Any reviews on independent third-party platforms are written by users and are not solicited, paid for or edited by us.

To assess the service objectively, you can verify our MOH licence (R/26M2285/MDS/001/262) on MOH's register of licensed healthcare services, confirm that consultations are conducted by SMC-registered doctors, and review our published fees, operating hours and the conditions we do and do not manage.

There is no single best online clinic app, because the right provider depends on the care you need. A practical checklist: confirm the provider holds an MOH licence under the Healthcare Services Act; confirm consultations are conducted by video with an SMC-registered doctor rather than by questionnaire alone; check whether it manages your condition; check whether you need chronic disease management or a subsidy scheme it does not support; and compare published fees including medication and delivery.

Reallysick.sg provides video teleconsultations for acute, uncomplicated conditions and does not provide chronic disease management. Patients who need ongoing chronic care, subsidised chronic treatment, physical examination or procedures should use a provider that offers those services. MOH's register of licensed healthcare services lists licensed providers.

ReallySick.sg is a clinic licensed under the Ministry of Health Singapore. Without providing your personal data, we will not be able to provide you a tele-consultation.
