After you have logged in, simply press the consult button on the left to raise a consult request.
How can I see a doctor online in Singapore?
To consult a doctor online in Singapore, use a telemedicine provider licensed by MOH under the Healthcare Services Act. The general process is: register with the provider and verify your identity with your NRIC or FIN, describe your symptoms, then attend a video consultation with an SMC-registered doctor who assesses your condition and advises on management. Teleconsultations cannot be delivered by text-only questionnaire alone.
Have ready your NRIC or FIN, a list of your symptoms and how long you have had them, your current medications and allergies, and any relevant readings such as your temperature.
