How will I receive my medications?

After the teleconsultation, you will be directed to a page where you are able to view and select the medications you require prescribed by the consulting doctor.

Upon payment of your medications, you will be required to confirm your delivery address. Once that is done, you just need to sit back, rest in the comfort of your home for medications to be delivered. Do ensure that your contact number is accurately registered as our clinic staff and courier will be contacting you to confirm the delivery information.

I have not been directed to medications payment page. Will I still be able to receive my medications?

You need to make payment first before delivery can be arranged. You can visit “My Past Consultations” to view unpaid prescriptions. Once payment is made, medications will be on its way to you! 

I am unable to click on the prescription link to make payment. What should I do?

The medication payment link is valid for only 24 hours. Once it has expired, you will be required to consult the doctor again to re-assess your medical condition. 

Can I print out the prescription to purchase at the local pharmacy?

Electronic prescription is not valid for retail pharmacy purchases as per Ministry of Health’s regulation. Depending on the drugs prescribed, you may be able to get some of the medications if they are made available over-the-counter. 

Am I able to select my medications before payment?

Yes! Reallysick.sg recognises that patients are more educated and savvy and should be given the full empowerment to select your required medications. This will ensure that you truly only pay for what you need! 

How will medications be delivered?

Once payment is made and received, our partnered clinic will pack the medications in a private and tamper-proof packaging for delivery. 

When will medications be delivered

Medications are usually delivered within 4-6 hours upon successful receipt of payments. However, we do seek your kind understanding if your consultation ended after the operating hours of the physical clinics. However, fret not, your medications will be dispatched the next day at the earliest time slot.

What will the parcel look like? Will others be able to see the delivery content?

Your medications are packed in an opaque, tamper-proof packaging. The only details indicated on the packaging will only be your name and address. We know that most patients would like to keep their medical condition confidential. Rest assured, the contents inside will not be visible to your family members or neighbors. Should your packaging show any sign of being tampered, please contact us immediately and do not open the packaging to facilitate investigation. 

I would like to amend my delivery address after payment of medications. What should I do?

Please contact our staff ASAP so that we can make the necessary changes. However, if the parcel has already been picked up from the clinic, we will not be able change the delivery address. Please note that admin charges would be applicable to reschedule the delivery to another address.

I have made payment for my medications. What should I do if I have changed my mind and would like to add on more medications to the delivery?

Please contact our staff ASAP so that we could make the necessary changes. However, if the parcel has already been picked up from the clinic, we will not be able to effect this change. 

I did not receive my medications. What should I do?

Please check if you have made payment for your medications and check your delivery address. If you have done so and received no further updates, please contact us as soon as possible..

I received the wrong medications. What should I do?

In the very unlikely situation that you are delivered wrong medications, please contact us immediately.
