Issues with Connection

I cannot seem to connect to the Doctor. What should I do?

Please troubleshoot the following

  • Ensure that your video and microphone permissions are allowed 
  • Ensure that your volume is turned on 
  • Ensure that connection is stable
  • Ensure that your ads blocker/firewall is disabled for website
  • Try logging on with another type of device (computer/phone)
  • Try not to multi-task between mobile applications (without leaving the page to use other apps)
  • Try to use a different browser on the same device

I got disconnected before seeing the doctor and did not receive my medical certificate (MC), prescriptions review or referral letter. What should I do?

Please check under ‘My Past Consultation’ on the status of your last teleconsultation. If the last teleconsultation consultation is not reflected, you are encouraged to raise a new consult. Don’t worry, there is no charge for your last consultation.
