  • For Oppo Users Using Chrome:
    • Click on “Settings”
    • Click on “Apps”
    • Click on “App Management”
    • Search for “Chrome” in the Search Bar
    • Select “Chrome” application and click on “Permissions”
    • Select “Camera” option and choose “Allow only while using the app”
    • Select “MIcrophone option and choose “Allow only while using the app”
    • Return back to ReallySick.sg Consultation Page and click on “Check Again”
    • Click on “Settings”
    • Click on “Apps”
    • Click on “App Management”
    • Search for “Chrome” in the Search Bar
    • Select “Chrome” application and click on “Permissions”
    • Select “Camera” option and choose “Allow only while using the app”
    • Select “MIcrophone option and choose “Allow only while using the app”
    • Return back to ReallySick.sg Consultation Page and click on “Check Again”

For Iphone Users Using Chrome/Safari:

  • Close the current browser with the consultation page
  • Click on the main “Settings”
  • Either one of the following options:
    • Use the “Search Bar” to type “Chrome/Safari” and select it
    • Scroll down and locate “Chrome/Safari” app and select it
  • In settings, allow access to:
    • Microphone – Turn On
    • Camera – Turn On
  • Click on “Clear History and Website Data” or “Clear Cache”
  • Return back to consultation page and click on “Check Again”

  • For Oppo users using Chrome:
    • While at your Consult Page, click on your Search Bar and click on “Filter Control” icon
    • Click on “Permissions”
    • Turn on both “Camera” and “Microphone”
    • Return back to ReallySick.sg Consultation Page and click on “Check Again”

  • For iOS users using Chrome:
    • If you have accidentally denied both microphone and video permissions, you can do the following steps:
      • While at your Consult Page, click on your Search Bar and type “https://consult.reallysick.sg” and Enter
    • Click on “Re-join Consult” to go back to the Waiting Room
    • Click on “Allow” for both microphone and video in order to raise the consult successfully
      • If you are unsure if permissions have been given, you can click on the “Video” icon on the Search Bar to view the permissions again
    • Wait for Doctor to be assigned to you for a consultation
